As Ilia team, we are proud to announce that the Raise indent system, equivalent to the Action Notice system, has been launched in the oil system at Amirkabir Petrochemical.
Some of the features of this system are as follows:
- Application of all standard codes and MESC system planning codes (planning codes)
- Setting the minimum and maximum values for all items according to the standards of the Ministry of Petroleum
- Ordering goods fully automatically. This action was done by considering open purchases (all steps from purchase request to purchase order), goods on the way (orders to warehouse receipt) and simultaneously. Also, min and max points were considered during this process.
- Automatic numbering based on types of domestic, foreign purchases, etc.
