Therefore, for every purchase request, the organization faces the question of which supplier to buy from? Do we need to inquire from all suppliers?
In the Focus ERP resource allocation process, it is possible to view authorized and unauthorized suppliers. This action can be seen by separating each purchase request, the number of categories required by the supplier for inquiry and the proposed companies.
It should be noted that in organizations where integrated management has not been useful in determining and allocating resources. Resource allocation will be based on personal factors or individual connections. In organizations with standardized processes, resources are determined based on priorities determined by annual quality criteria.
